This is the first Shibori of Hououmita. The stable taste that does not betray the expectation is as I thought. It is sweet and mellow. It is full of the characteristic of Hououmida.
Nara's limited edition Mitsumorosugi unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It has a gentle taste that you would not expect from an unfiltered sake. It is a sake that makes you think that it is made by Imanishi Shuzo. The price is very reasonable and the 900ml bottle is very drinkable. It was so good that I went to buy a bottle of it.
It is fragrant and plump. It's as good as it gets.
It tastes even better when you drink it while thinking of the Toji Takahashi. It is a delicious sake.
Re Project #3‼️.
The aroma is very gorgeous the moment you pour it. It has a sense of gas.
It has a deep sweet taste with a lingering aftertaste. It is a very delicious sake.
I bought it at the shop of Imanishi Shuzo near the Ogami Shrine. It's stable and delicious, with delicious water from Mt. Miwa and the fullness of dew-leaf style rice.
It's a fragrant sake made with pink rose flower yeast. It seems to use the same yeast as Princess Michiko, the southern beauty, and is recommended by the owner of the liquor store ‼️.
It's elegant and you can drink as much as you want.
This is our second hiyaoroshi this year. It's one of our liquor store recommendations! The Nagurayama Sake Brewery seems to have made clean sweetness a constant theme of their products, and they have won consecutive gold medals in the Tohoku region and the highest award in the Nanbu Toji Jikishu Sake Competition. Sake shop owner speaks fervently about it ‼️ lol
It's a sake surrounded by the gentle sweetness of the Yamada Nishiki rice. The autumn leaves on the label are so pretty even though the leaves are reddish-brown!
The first hiyaoroshi (cold brewed sake) of the year is a Midori label from Mutsu-Hassen. You can taste the fruity flavor that is typical of Mutsu-Hassen, while at the same time having a crisp, refreshing taste, which convinces you that this is indeed Hassen.
I bought this set to compare drinks when I visited Eighteenth Century Shuzo in Kurashiki.
The blue label is the Omachi Junmai, the pink one is the Junmai Daiginjo, and the purple one is the Yamahai Junmai Omachi. I think the Yamahai was the easiest to drink out of these three bottles!
The liquor man's push! Cosmo!
It is sweet and smooth to drink. But it has a strong rice flavor in the mouth. After drinking, the spiciness lingers in the mouth. It's a delicious sake (*^▽^*)
I've been curious about Nanbu Bijin. A new sake and this one made with flower yeast. The flavor is just so deep!
The aroma is fragrant and the rice flavor remains strong.
