Today I visited Niigata Prefecture the other day and bought this sake! Tenryohai Shuzo dry sake! The aroma is fruity and gorgeous like Daiginjo! The taste has a sweetness at the beginning, and after that it has the unique flavor of a dry sake. It is dry but easy to drink!

Today. I purchased a limited bottle of Takagi Shuzo's Jyushidai EXTRA! This is my first Jyushidai series! The aroma is mellow and fruity. The taste is melon with a fruity sweetness afterwards. I was in Shizuoka Prefecture the other day. I stopped by Omura Sake Shop to buy some sake! One of the two bottles I bought was a Shidaizumi Hi Hiyaoyogoshi from Shidaizumi Sake Brewery! The aroma is mild. The taste is delicious, with a hint of mellowness afterwards, as only sake made from pure sake can.
