This is nice! It is calm, like Aizu Musume, but also fresh and nice.
The orikarami of Aizu Musume seems to be limited to Fukushima Prefecture, and I heard that it is also available in Tokyo at Nagi, a bar specializing in Fukushima sake. I want to take it home with me 😀.
Nigori! They are in stock today. I'll ask for it when I find it!
The snack is a salad of garland chrysanthemum and hijiki. It's like garland chrysanthemum with hijiki added. Delicious.
At an after-party after a meeting in Shibuya, I visited Nagi at the back of the Hyakken restaurant in Dogenzaka for the first time in quite a while.
It is a popular stand-up drinking place and was crowded from Monday.
They have a large selection of sake from Fukushima Prefecture only.
Refreshing nigori sake with a shwashy feeling👍
Goya (bitter melon) pickled in sweet vinegar. I don't like the bitterness of goya, but I think it tastes good with sake. I chose a sake that would go well with the bitterness, but what do you think? (I don't know, but it tastes good.)
Looks like it reads "roja sake"?
Sweet and fruity. They say it is a sake made from rice grown by duck farming.
Tataki horse mackerel with green pepper and soy sauce.
This sake is limited to Gonoi Sake Shop in Aizu. It has a nice gassy feel to it. Delicious. And the hamo no seared and cucumber sanbaizu is also great.
