Memories of drinking in a blink of an eye without stress
A good balance of sweet, spicy, sour and sweet
A strain that will disappear before you know it
I have tried different vintages.
I like both the mellow aged ones and the new, properly acidic ones. Do you use them in different situations?
Depends on the accompaniment.
A picture of a rugged helmet, which I didn't care to buy a jacket for. I imagined the contents to be hard.
When I drank it, I was surprised to find that the contents were soft.
It has a slight fruity flavor, and this balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic tastes is a strain I like.
It is sharp and I never get tired of it.
I also like the gap between the tough-looking jacket and the soft contents.
A gift from the third layer.
It's called Urabanzo.
It is refreshing on the palate, with a good balance of sweet, spicy, and sour, and can be drunk in no time.
I was curious about the labeling, "natur" and "domaine," which is not typical for sake, so I bought this. I thought that if sake was made like natural wine, it would cost 3,000 to 4,000 yen even for a 5-gallon bottle. But this one was only 2,000 yen. I had no choice but to try it.
When I drank it, it was slightly fizzy like natural wine. It has a chirpy, pear or nectar-like atmosphere and a sweet taste. Even though it was sweet, it wasn't sticky, and the acidity in the aftertaste kept it sharp.
Amazing Senkou!
