Instrument Masamune spin off Fukunoka There was a sake made with 82% Fukunoka from Musical Instrument Masamune, so I bought it immediately. What does it taste like this time... Delicious as always! Houraisen Gin Nama Shu Sekiya Brewery was at Takashimaya in Yokohama, and I bought a bottle of their Gin Nama-zake. Originally, gin is supposed to be aged for 3 years, but this is a draft sake, so it is not aged. Well, how does it taste? Delicious! It's like a slightly sweet sake with a soft and nice aftertaste. I want to hold it in my mouth forever!
