SENKYO × UNITED ARROWS SENKYO UA1st 2023.ver Rice polishing ratio 90 Alcohol content 14%. This is a collaboration sake between SENKYO and UNITED ARROWS, which I found at a store about two months ago and bought without hesitation! Designed by UNITED ARROWS Manufactured by SENKIN Designed by UNITED ARROWS and manufactured by SENKIN. I think the price was around 2,500 yen! The aroma is soooo fruity! I wonder what it tastes like... grape, white grape... It tastes like grapes or white grapes. It's so refreshing, I feel like I want to drink it in summer! Repeat: ★★★★★

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Unfiltered Nama Shu Polishing ratio 50%. Hitogochi 100 Alcohol content 16%. The sake made from Hitogochochi of Kamerei Shinshu and Kuroemon XVI was so delicious that we saw Mikotsuru and bought it. It is delicious! Fruity and rich! I love Hitogokochi after all! I want to repeat the taste even if it is difficult to drink.

Abe Junmai Daiginjo Rice polishing ratio 45 Alcohol content 15 Sweet and good aftertaste! I really like this type of sake! Delicious, but the price is a bit expensive at 3,300 yen. I'm not sure if it's worth it.... Compared to 2 bottles of sake that cost 1500 yen, I might have a hard time deciding.... Repeat ★★★★☆

Hokusetsu GINN Rice polishing ratio 40 100% Niigata rice Alcohol content 17 Kitayuki is only available at one store in Ginza. I've never had Hokusetsu itself, so this is the first time I've had it. According to the store owner, this is the sake that Frank Muller, a watchmaker, described as delicious! It tastes like... Yummmmai! This is delicious! It's full-bodied, rich, and refreshing!

Senkou x UNITED ARROWS UA Sakura Blizzard Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 14%. Compared to Sengoku Sakura, this one is a bit sweeter and has a long lingering aftertaste. Sentori Sakura is refreshing and crisp, while Sakura Fubukiyo is the opposite. Both are good, but I prefer Sakura Fubukiyo! Repeat: ★★★★★
