This sake is a collaboration between Urakasumi and Ichinokura.
This time, it was brewed at Urakasumi's brewery, and it has a refreshingly light and dry finish, just like Urakasumi. It is a sake that goes down smoothly and you will drink too much of it (laugh).
Abe-kan's autumn sake, Hiyayoroshi, is a "good omen".
It is a delicious sake with the same light, dry taste that is typical of Abe-kan, but with an added richness.
This sake is best enjoyed with fatty fish in the fall!
Light mouthfeel that can only be achieved with low alcohol.
You will feel the refreshing acidity and sweet flavor, but it will soon leave your mouth!
Be careful not to drink too much. ⚠️
At a favorite sushi restaurant.
This label is often seen at sushi restaurants and izakayas in the prefecture.
It is a refreshing and tasty sake.
The subtle sweetness followed by the umami flavor that goes right through is perfect for seafood dishes!
Immediately after opening the bottle, the flavor was clean with a moderate sweetness and a strong ginjo aroma and acidity. It has been 5 days since the bottle was opened, and the acidity has rounded out and mellowed the flavor.
This is the most standard label Junmai Dry Taste of Abe-kan. However, I like this one the best.
As the name suggests, the dry taste is so refreshingly light that it is hard to believe it is junmai sake. It is a perfect partner for fish dishes.
Come to think of it, my first encounter with this sake was at a famous sushi restaurant in Sendai, where it was recommended to me.
Since then, I have been in love with it so much that I go to the neighboring prefecture every month to buy it and make it my regular sake!
