It happened at a certain izakaya in Tokyo, which I visited for my daughter's entrance ceremony. I met Mr. Imi, who is almost impossible to meet in the countryside! It has an elegant flavor and a refreshing aftertaste. Even though it is low-polished, it is a delicious sake that lives up to its reputation.
I envy everyone in Tokyo who can come to an izakaya where this kind of sake is commonly served!
Nevertheless, it was an evening that made me vow to visit again if I have the chance over the next four years.
