At the new Heiwa Shuzo doburoku brewery in Kabuto-cho. I thought doburoku would be more difficult to drink. I thought doburoku would be more difficult to drink, but the red rice doburoku was easy to drink, with the refreshing taste of a lactobacillus beverage!

I tried it because it is one of the most popular sake in Ishikawa. The aftertaste is a little firm but refreshing, and it seems to be easy to pair with anything. It goes well with something like pickled smelt.

At Kanazawa Sake Shuusho Store in Kanazawa. It's from the Yoshida Sake Brewery in Tedorigawa, so it's light, refreshing, and easy to drink! It is light, refreshing, and easy to drink! The label is modern and looks like a naturals wine, and would make a great gift!

It has a slightly sweet taste, but is relatively refreshing. This brewery was founded at Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, right? The style of the brewery is to sell small bottles at a small premium, not one square bottle.

This is a raw sake with the refreshing taste of Omachi. The sake looks different when you drink it after visiting the brewery. The owner is very business minded, and the sake brewery tour was very interesting.

We compared Bizen Omachi, Banshu Aizan, and Hwang Suisen, and had a glass of Bizen Omachi. All of the drinks were refreshing and pleasant to drink. The Bizen Omachi was particularly pleasant to drink, as if it were water. Banshu Aizan has a little sparkling taste, but it is also a little gorgeous. Yellow Suisen had a little sourness and a typical sake aroma. I would like to drink Bizen Omachi easily on a muggy summer day.

I had a sake called "Fukinuki", which is also the name of the restaurant, at Fuki Kan in Akasaka. It was light and dry, and went well with eel and other fatty fish. I couldn't find the brewer of this sake in my research, but I wonder if it is an original brand...?

@Torisuko Nogizaka From the moment you put your face close to the glass, you can smell the sweet aroma of vanilla and taste the sweetness. It was my first time to taste sake stored in wine barrels, and it had the warm aroma of barrel wood. This sake has a rich sweet aroma, but I would like to try other sake stored in barrels that is less sweet and has a more pronounced woody aroma.
