From the moment you put your face close to the glass, you can smell the sweet aroma of vanilla and taste the sweetness.
It was my first time to taste sake stored in wine barrels, and it had the warm aroma of barrel wood.
This sake has a rich sweet aroma, but I would like to try other sake stored in barrels that is less sweet and has a more pronounced woody aroma.
