Sweet, a little heavy in the aftertaste, but not too peculiar! Most of Niigata's sake is dry, but this brewery is dedicated to making all pure rice sake with a sweet "umikuchi" flavor. Knowing the background makes you want to taste more!

A drink that goes well with chocolate. Before eating chocolate, it is sweet and has a gorgeous aroma without being overpowering. When you drink it after eating chocolate, it is refreshing and like a white wine.
