This is the best of the best. Fruity, gassy, gorgeous aroma. I'm still a sake beginner, but the only ones I wanted to repeat were Jizukin and Jyushiyo, but this ranks up there with the best of them.
Modern, fruity, gassy. I may be wrong because I did not compare the two, but I think the taste is very similar to that of Kangiku. The aroma is a little different in terms of the vector of gorgeousness, though.
It is labeled "fruity," but unlike most fruity sake, it literally tastes like sour fruit. The alcohol content was in the single digits and seemed to be out of the realm of sake. It was sour.
