I've been wanting to drink this sake, which was served at the Ise-Shima Summit, in a wine glass. The mouthfeel of the sake is like water, but the quiet and gorgeous aroma spreads in your mouth. The alcohol content is a little low, and you can drink it easily... This is another elegant and delicious sake. It would go well with a full course meal... I wonder if this would go well with a full course meal... I wonder what the leaders of each country discussed back then. It's a good sake to enjoy the aftertaste in a different way while imagining the state of the dinner at that time.

When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a moderate miscellaneous taste on the tip of your tongue, and immediately after that, the aroma spreads fluently. After that, a mellow aftertaste lingers for a while. Even though it is a Ginjo-shu... It's delicious. It is not a sake for drinking and arguing, but a sake for relaxing and enjoying time. Personally, I prefer it at a temperature somewhere between cold sake and chilled.

Dry Gold with a side of stem wakame. First of all, I like the sound of "toku toku toku..." when pouring. when pouring. Yes, it's spicy. LOL! It goes down your throat quickly, and after that comes the spiciness, umami, and miscellaneous tastes. I had it cold, but I think it would have been good warmed... This is the kind of sake you want to drink with your Izakaya menu.

The Nabeshima we had last night was more mellow, but this one is more fragrant and fruity, with a depth that comes from the fact that it's sake, not Western-style.
