After that, a mellow aftertaste lingers for a while.
Even though it is a Ginjo-shu... It's delicious.
It is not a sake for drinking and arguing, but a sake for relaxing and enjoying time.
Personally, I prefer it at a temperature somewhere between cold sake and chilled.
