It is still delicious....
It's like water that you can drink easily, but at the same time you can feel the spiciness in your throat.
I regret now that I drank it without cooling it last time.
It should be chilled before drinking.
Even if you drink it after the Hououmita Akaban, you can still feel the firm and beautiful character of this sake.
It is still my favorite dry and refreshing sake.
