Izakaya Hotel✨ Today's sake is Akita local sake, "Tobirazumi" special junmai sake from Tobirazumi Honpo, lightly filled with the usual additives: ☺️ It is said to have a "full flavor, pleasant acidity, and a strong backbone that keeps the taste fresh." It has a slight sourness and sake-like taste that lingers in the mouth, but it would be good with sashimi. ☺️

Izakaya Hotel✨ Izakaya Hotel (home drinking) after a long time with the usual sake cheese: ✌️ The aroma is rich and intense, and the flavor is as strong as the aroma. The balance between the strong acidity and aroma that spreads in the mouth is exquisite. As the description says, the acidity is strong, but the aroma and flavor are just right. I heard that it has a higher alcohol content than normal sake, but it goes great with sakataki cheese. We enjoyed it very much 😉.

Izakaya Hotel✨ Izakaya Hotel w at home today! Today we had Urakasumi by Saura Shuzo in Miyagi Prefecture. It is a sake with a slight aftertaste of sake 🍶. If you like this feeling through your nose, you'll love it! With my usual sakataki cheese 🍶. The 180ml bottle was cute 😉.

Izakaya Hotel✨ Kikusui Summer Ginjo" 🍶 is a freshly brewed and stored ginjo sake from Kikusui Shuzo in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, made from 100% Takane Nishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture. As the label says, it has a crisp, clear, refreshing taste like the night sky in summer, with a moderate ginjo aroma and umami flavor 😉. I didn't pair it with pistachios, but it would go well with Japanese food. I could have gone with a water bun (lol).

Izakaya Hotel✨ The other day, I went to my first Kakunouchi 🍶 at Tanaka Sanjime Shoten in Tachikawa. I bought a bottle of the dry sake recommended there because it was so good, and I had it with my usual sakadaki cheese 😉. It's dry but fruity and very tasty sake that you can't help but enjoy with sakataki cheese!

Izakaya Hotel✨ I couldn't drink it at the hotel on my last business trip to Nagano, so I brought it home and drank it at home: ☺️ The label says, "The sake is dry without being tiring to drink, but has a full and rich flavor, and is not too heavy or light. It is a sake that goes well with any meal.

Izakaya Hotel✨ Drinking at home again today...I'm going on a business trip to Nagano again on Monday for two nights and three days! I'm embarrassed to admit that I thought Yamada-Nishiki was a brand of sake💦. This time we had Hakutsuru special junmai made with Yamada Nishiki (rice) with our usual Sake-Thief Cheese, Taco Sauce & Tortillas 🙂 ☺️ Sake with a little sweetness 🍶. Sake with cheese is very versatile! 300mm of sake, but it was gone in an instant (lol)!

Izakaya Hotel✨ Our regular Takashimizu, today "Dry Raw Savings" with the usual sakataki cheese 😉. Tuna saketo is gone, so from today I'm using bonito saketo 🍶. I wasn't a fan of Takashimizu, but it was a sake that left a slight sake taste: ☺️

Izakaya Hotel✨ Subtitled "Maboroshi no sake". It is a slightly dry sake! Sawanoi" is a famous sake from Ome, Tokyo, but we have to upload the local sake. ☺️ This sake is from Fussa, where the U.S. Yokota Air Base is also located! It has a soft taste in the mouth, with a hint of sake. I enjoyed it with my usual Sake-Thief Cheese and Anko (red bean paste) while watching TV at home today 🍶.
