Kikusui Summer Ginjo" 🍶 is a freshly brewed and stored ginjo sake from Kikusui Jyuzo in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture, made with 100% Takananishiki grown in Nagano Prefecture.
As the label says, it has a crisp, clear, refreshing taste like the night sky in summer, with a moderate ginjo aroma and umami flavor 😉.
I didn't pair it with pistachios, but it would go well with Japanese food.
I could have gone with a water bun (lol).
