Drinking at home again today...I'm going on a business trip to Nagano again on Monday for two nights and three days!
I'm embarrassed to admit that I thought Yamada-Nishiki was a brand of sake💦.
This time we had Hakutsuru special junmai made with Yamada Nishiki (rice) with our usual Sake-Thief Cheese, Taco Sauce & Tortillas 🙂 ☺️
Sake with a little sweetness 🍶.
Sake with cheese is very versatile!
300mm of sake, but it was gone in an instant (lol)!
