This sake is completely made in Yamaguchi, using "Koraku Ryoto" which was born more than 100 years ago in Yamaguchi prefecture. It has a full fruity and cider taste on the palate with a crisp acidity at the end ❗️. Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15,5 Price: 1,500 yen Yamaguchi Prefecture subsidized 550 yen, so it is 1,000 yen under. So it is under 1,000 yen. Sold by a company called Tsunagu Farm. The company is located in Shunan, but for some reason their first yakiniku restaurant is in Saeki Ward, Hiroshima. Is it a sake that goes well with yakiniku? It is a standard sake made by Mr. Yamagata, so there is no doubt about it, but it is not outstanding. In my opinion. But it's very easy to drink. It's like Kahori. It is like kahori, but not beyond kahori. I bought a bottle of Nishiki Sekai, which is brewed with the same grains, so I am looking forward to comparing the two.
