つっつんA restaurant I entered on a whim for dinner on a business trip to Toyama. Uo Kiyoshi, a local fish and sake shop. Kachikoma Shiboritate Honkai, a limited edition of Kachikoma for early spring. It has a sweet aroma and tastes fruity with a clean aftertaste. Easy to drink and delicious!

つっつんNext, we were asked to choose a sake to go with the char-grilled black beef. Matsu no Tsukasa Junmai-shu. This sake was served at room temperature. I usually like my sake cold, but this Matsu-no-Masa seems to be good at room temperature. It is delicious and goes well with meat. It is similar to the combination of red wine and meat. I don't know much about wine. I don't know much about wine.

つっつんAt a stylish and relaxed restaurant in Kitashinchi. We had a limited edition sake, Saku Junmai Daiginjo. The following is a list of dishes that go well with the sake. Tochio fried tofu with kujo leeks and wagyu beef with miso Saku is still delicious. It has a nice aroma and a refreshing taste. Best served cold!

つっつんI opened a bottle of sake that my daughters gave me as a birthday present. And I wondered what 24h was, and they wrote it on the back. The sake is made from junmai-ginjo sake made from rice produced exclusively in Kyoto Prefecture, "Kyo-no-kiraki" and "Shuku", polished to 55%, and fermented slowly at low temperatures. The taste is fruity and sweet. It has a fruity sweetness on the palate. It is refreshing and easy to drink!

つっつんLocal sake. I got it from my parents on New Year's Day and drank it at home. I didn't know it cost 4,000 yen for 720ml. I didn't even know that it was called "fantastic sake". I was drinking it as a matter of course. It is very fruity and sweet with a nice acidity and a clean aftertaste. I think even people who don't like sake can drink it. It is served with hot pots, and it runs out quickly. Thanks again, Otton-Okan!

つっつんI bought this sake for drinking at home at Iwamura Brewery during the National Yamashiro Summit in Ena and the Iwamura Castle Thanksgiving Festival, which I posted about the other day. It is a limited edition sake, and I am weak against limited editions. It has a dry and sharp taste with 19% alcohol by volume, which is different from the usual "Mejojo" sake.

つっつんFound at a roadside station. International Wine Challenge 2020 It was awarded the gold medal in the Honjozo category. Light acidity and sharpness. Alcohol content 16.3 degrees Celsius. There was an Oishi Sake Brewery nearby. It would have been nice to visit the brewery.

つっつんFirst time to Niigata for a customer's event And we were also invited to a dinner by the customer. Sushi Benkei Umi. Of course it was sake! The restaurant has a wide selection of Sake. And since the customer is from Niigata, we chose the recommended one. The first sake was this. It is a Kirinzan traditional dry sake, nicknamed Denkara. It is refreshing and easy to drink, just right for the first cup.
