It's been a long time since I've had a Kuroryu! It just happened to be on the shelf, so I chose it immediately even though it was expensive!
It has a fruity, apple-like aroma, but it's also very sharp and tasty! It's the kind of wine you drink too much of.
Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 40
Alcohol content: 16%.
