Unusual woven label
We finally received a bottle of sake from Sakai City, which was donated by a taxpayer.
It is made from the "fantastic sake rice" "Shinriki".
The alcohol content is 17%, but it is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink when cold. As you drink it slowly, it becomes drier as it gets closer to room temperature.
I like it either way!
