Today we started lunch at Naniwa Cuisine Nishio. The third bottle was Bon Junmai 55 Special Limited Junmai Sake. Muscat-like aroma, just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. It goes well with all kinds of dishes. We had it with tempura and rice cooked with firefly squid. We were very satisfied to have a relaxing meal for 4 hours in Nishio.
