Purchased at the brewery Dry, with acidity Slightly dry, acidic, heavy mouthfeel, delicious. Close to Tohoku sake. I should have bought Noichi as well to compare 😅

Every year the taste is a little different. I was looking forward to seeing what it tasted like this year! I knew it would be delicious 😋. In the past few years, the first sip has been sharp and crisp. This year it is mellow and thick.
