It is Tenbi Junmai Ginjyo Usu-nigori Nama-narashu from Yamaguchi Prefecture.
It has a mild chilliness, fruity aroma, and a perfect balance of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity that makes it uniquely delicious. It really is a must-drink in spring. Among the Tenbi series, Momoten is still the best one in my opinion 😊.
