Comfortable wine-like taste when chilled Raise the temperature and you will enjoy the depth of a traditional yeast mash. It is worth tasting at least once. It is very rare, but do your best!

I believe that Hachitan Nishiki is the "Hanayo-Yoku". Up to the third day after opening the bottle, the sake is too young to describe its taste, but from the seventh day, the overwhelming richness and depth of flavor begin to emerge, and I think you will begin to understand the value of this beer and its true role. Don't buy this in a 4-pack. Let the opened bottle sit at a moderate temperature, and when it is ready to drink, cool it down at once. When it's ready to drink, cool it down at once. It's best when the bottle lid clicks! Oh yeah, I heard that the brewery opening next March is cancelled. Good luck, Mr. Watanabe! ❕

Slightly effervescent red label The tingling sensation lasts up to 5 days after opening the bottle. After that, it becomes round and deep! You may not like it, but I think it is a connoisseur's favorite sake.

Sorry for the series of posts, it's been a while since I checked in. The Hououmita Gold is by far the best value for the money. It is a little expensive, but it is a masterpiece that is good to drink and good to send. This is it! This is the one!

It is unfortunate that people do not know this gem. I think it is classified as a food sake, but I am convinced that if you want to know the breadth of its flavor and its value as a sake, "salt" or "miso" is the best way. Please try it.

This is a bottle that beautifully expresses the freshness of a young master brewer born from a brewery with 200 years of history. "Vinegar"? "Smokey"? What's that? How sweet! At first I thought it would be an ordeal for my taste buds, who are used to tasting similar sweet and unpasteurized sake, but the collaboration with the meat-based dishes changed the whole experience, and the taste is "juicy"! This is a perfect white wine, it's marked at 14 degrees, but I was guzzled.

Like the shade of a tree that soothes the summer sun, the sake is gentle and soothing, with a fresh fruitiness and gentle aroma. Each of the Romain series has its own characteristics, and you can drink each one according to the season, time, and change of heart. The sourness of the Shichiroman series is impressive and the alcohol content is low. If you drink it in a blur, you'll sober up quickly, so please be careful!

A brewery with 140 years of history that survived the end of the Edo period and World War II and continues to make sake even today We take pride in using our own Yamada-Nishiki rice, which we grow ourselves as the highest quality, top-grade sake rice, and we produce our own rice in a style rarely seen in Japan, giving us an image of a French winery. The Oatoro series has three sakes available at Takebayashi. This sake is "dense". It's very dense. It has a round rice flavor that lingers on the tongue forever, and its texture is very impressive. But it is not heavy at all. As the brewer says, "Iwashimizu's nectar" is the best way to describe it. It was another discovery of a new way of drinking.

Aizu Gohyakumangoku (Aizu Misato Town, Aizu Wakamatsu City, Kitakata City), produced by "Kaze", a group of natural farming methods (Aizu Misato Town, Aizu Wakamatsu City, Kitakata City), with 50% polishing rate, alcohol content: 17%, Sake content: +4%, acidity: 1.6 Yeast: M310 "Kaze ga Green Label", a famous brewery The apple-like Ginjo fragrance is very elegant. The bitterness and acidity that seems to be a part of Sanpai have a well-balanced sweetness, and it has a full-bodied flavor like a Daiginjo. The transparent spiciness is also a characteristic of the green label, and the balance is one word "delicious". This is a great example of the Japanese sake kingdom "Aizu".

Tsururei Series is brewed with Makikisan (Mt. Makiki) underground water and Kyokai 701 yeast. The aroma is gentle, but the richness of Yamadanishiki and the breadth of the flavor are in perfect balance. In addition, the new unfiltered, unpasteurized version has a fresh and mellow flavor that permeates the five organs of the body. Tsururei", a fine sake from Uonuma I think it's a magnificent drink.

At the Niida head family, we use a unique method of brewing a rare sake called "Yondan-shikomi", in which we add another layer of steamed rice to the normal brewing process called "San-dan-shiki". In "Meron", the amount of steamed rice in the fourth stage is reduced to one-third, giving it a moderate sweetness, and the name "Meron 3.33" is derived from the amount of steamed rice used, which is one-third, or 3.33. It is not to be drunk as a Japanese sake, though the taste is very important. Pour this sake into a wine glass and drink it with ice. It is truly a "white wine". You will understand the true value of this sake. You should try it.

April 2020 wholesale and September drinking! Shake it well the day before you drink it and drink it the next day. When you open the bottle, it tastes soft for a moment. At the first sip, a faint taste of rice spreads in the mouth. Take another sip. Some people enjoy it over a year. General, which is best after a summer bath. Be warned, it feels like it's going to open up in a flash!

It is recommended for beginners to overturn the image of Niigata. If you cool it down, you can enjoy its smoothness, and if you cool it down a little, you can enjoy its richness. It is one of our favorites.
