yuhinonnon
At the Niida head family, we use a unique method of brewing a rare sake called "Yondan-shikomi", in which we add another layer of steamed rice to the normal brewing process called "San-dan-shiki".
In "Meron", the amount of steamed rice in the fourth stage is reduced to one-third, giving it a moderate sweetness, and the name "Meron 3.33" is derived from the amount of steamed rice used, which is one-third, or 3.33.
It is not to be drunk as a Japanese sake, though the taste is very important. Pour this sake into a wine glass and drink it with ice.
It is truly a "white wine".
You will understand the true value of this sake.
You should try it.
