A seasonal product. Junmai Daiginjo is also inexpensive.
It is a seasonal brew.
It is sharper than Junmai Daiginjo which I usually drink.
It is delicious.

A well balanced and elegant Junmai Daiginjo.
The stable Saku series is as good as it gets.
Not too sweet, not too heavy, just the way I like it. It is good for costumers.

Stronger foam and acidity than classic?
I'd like to give it some time and see how it changes.
I think I'm more of a classic than a modern drinker.

The impression at the first sip is dry and slightly fizzy, with a subtle fruity finish from the nose.
I bought this without knowing it, but I don't dislike it.

The taste of orthodox sake.
45% yield but no fruity taste.
Good point that it doesn't interfere with the taste of food at all.
It is a little out of my strike zone.

It is slightly foamy with a hint of sourness and fruity taste like Junmai Daiginjo. It's like a Junmai Daiginjo.
Satisfied, I might buy it again.
It seems to be a gift-only label of Mitsukoshi.
(Ochugen, gift)
This is a fine Junmai Daiginjo with a 40% rice polishing ratio, and although it doesn't have the fruity taste that is so popular these days, it has a dark mouthfeel and a strong traditional impression of umashu.
