A beautiful sake with the fruity character of Junmai Daiginjo and the sweetness of Orikarami without its unpleasant taste.
The first cup is lightly cloudy, and the last cup is cloudy like doburoku, and you can enjoy the fact that it is not uniform. It also goes well with meals.
We stumbled upon it at a tavern.
Although I had never tasted this sake before, I was impressed from the first sip.
It has a fruity, easy-drinking Junmai Daiginjo taste that is on par with the HIROKI and SHINMASA class.
According to the owner of the izakaya, this sake is made by a brewery in Kawanakajima, and only two breweries distribute it, so the availability is limited.
A search of mail order sites failed to turn up any.
A nice encounter.

Eiko Fuji is still a cosmetically excellent wine.
It is fruity and easy to drink, almost like a white wine.
It tastes good with any kind of snacks.
The black color is also good.

A little heavy and heavy for a Eiko Fuji, but with a full and fruity finish at the end.
but it has a subtle fruity aroma at the end.

A little bit of a tangy taste from the 55% polished rice ratio. A little bit of miscellaneous taste from 55% polished rice, but it has a hiyaoroshi feeling.
But it has a hiya oroshi feeling.
