In response to a request from a young brewer, they tried using Omachi, which they don't usually use.
It is smooth and slippery, with a gentle umami flavor that spreads through the throat.
There is no way my tongue can tell the difference in sake rice.
My parents came to visit me twice this week, and it's running out fast.
Tomorrow we will start drinking the same Omachi sake.
I'm looking forward to seeing the difference.
