It's been a long time since I've seen Naraman.
I was confused about Junmai Ginjo, but I consulted with my wallet and went for Junmaishu.
It is indeed Naraman.
It's good both cold and at room temperature.
Personally, I think I like it best at room temperature after a week.
I'm glad I'm Japanese because I can enjoy a different sake every week and see how it changes over time. I'm glad to be Japanese.
