I wonder if Gohyakumangoku can be this mellow. It is +4, so the mouthfeel is certainly tangy, but it feels much sweeter. It also has a slightly bubbly taste. The second half, when the ori comes in, is much thicker...

Purchased at a roadside station. It is made from Shirakaba Nishiki produced in Kotani Village. This is delicious. It has a dry taste with a hint of sweetness from the rice, but it is also crisp with a slight bubbly taste. I want to drink it again. It is delicious!
