This is my first time drinking Hakutsuru-Nishiki. It is similar to Yamadanishiki and I couldn't tell much difference. It has a gorgeous aroma, sweet and umami taste, and is delicious!

Mellow and sweet, Misato Nishiki gives off a slight rice smell, but not that much because of its strong umami. Delicious.

Koji rice is Yamadanishiki. Kake rice is Toyobai rice. As expected of Toyobai, it is a gorgeous daiginjo. It is mellow but not too sweet. It is perfect for cold sake in summer.

Got it from a hometown tax payment. It is dry and mellow. It feels a little heavy, but it is delicious.

Very rare Junmai sake from Kakita Shuzo at Furusato. Yellow color! It has a strong acidity and sweetness, but surprisingly it is a refreshing sake with no rice smell. It also has a slightly old sake feel. Interesting.

We immediately bought a freshly squeezed bottle at a tasting at Yoshike in Okachimachi. It has a rich sweet taste, and is very good!

A raisiny, brandy-like liquor. It has the mouthfeel of an old wine, but has a strange taste that gets sweeter and sweeter later on. Very tasty!

Compared to the Junmai Daiginjo 50% mentioned earlier, it has less acidity and more sweetness. The aftertaste is crisp and tight. Delicious!
