A Daiginjo limited to the brewery.
The mouthfeel is the usual dry Toyobai, but it has a thick sweet taste that even seems to thicken in the middle. Very delicious!
Moderate sweetness and strong acidity. The flavor of the wooden vat is quite strong.
The micro bubbles do not disappear at all, as if they are thickening.
Of course it's insanely delicious!
