The Shine season has arrived again this year along with the full-blown heat. It has a refreshing grapefruit and other citrus flavors appropriate for summer. It has a light, light taste with a low alcohol content. It makes you feel like something good is going to happen this summer. (It will only end up with work...) Anyway, summer is here!

I rewarded myself for my hard work today, including my lucky day. I had a bottle of Jikin, which I had not been able to open for a while after purchasing it. It has a refreshing mouthfeel, acidity, and a lingering sweetness. If I were to compare it to a fruit, it would be a green apple. The first Jikin is delicious.

The flax cat won in a drawing at what is probably the only store in Toyama that carries Shinsei. I couldn't quite break the seal, but finally got to enjoy it tonight. It has a light citrus sweetness and acidity. In a word, "refreshing. The endorsement says this is a very dry sake in the Shinsei style. I don't understand what dry sake it is, but it's delicious anyway, so I'm in heaven.

The aroma is moderate, the sweetness is moderate, and the taste is as refreshing as the clear May sky. When I looked outside, I saw that it was lightly overcast today. Three days after opening the bottle, the taste changed to a melon-like sweetness. It is delicious.

The slightly sweet aroma reminds one of cherry blossoms because of the use of Sakura yeast. It has a clean sweet and sour taste. It's only spring, but it's spring 🎧࿐⋆*🎼🌸 and it will make you say ♬🎧࿐⋆*🎼🌸. Kassiwabara Yoshie! Raifuku, good sake.
