Cherry blossoms are falling. Tonight, we will drink with sakura label 🌸 It has a sweet taste in the mouth and turns dry later, so it is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste. It is refreshing and easy to drink. I watch the cherry blossoms every year, It shows us a different face every year, It is a wonderful thing about nature that I never get tired of seeing them again and again. Tonight, I am enjoying my recent boom, flame-doubled tofu and mozuku vinegar.

First time drinking at home in a while. And today is nigori sake day. This time I chose doburoku. It was the first time in a long time that the sake was quite effervescent with a fresh taste. I felt the yeast was very lively. It was very easy to drink, with a tight carbonation and a nice smooth taste down the throat. I really wanted to eat chicken today, so I had chicken for dinner.

MILANO Liquor CHALLENGE MEDAGLIA DI PLATINO2024 Platinum award-winning nigori sake. You would think it would be quite sweet, but it is quite mellow and a hint of sweetness comes after. A wonderful sake that will go well with any meal.

It has been a while since we drank outside. I made the mistake of forgetting to ask my husband to show me the bottle of sake, as I was not used to drinking outside. It has a mild aftertaste and a slightly sweet flavor. It goes very well with fish dishes.

This may be the sweetest sake I have ever tasted. It is very light, easy to drink and quite sweet. It is like the sweetness of fruit, like the sweetness of rice, like a juice in your mouth. We had it with Harima's salted fresh Daifuku (rice cake), which we were given because it might go better with sweets than with rice.

Matsuo Taisha Shrine, which I visit every year. Matsuo-san is dedicated to the god of sake, Sake from all over the country gather here. Today we were unusually greeted with heavy snowfall. On the way home, I bought a bottle of sake that is sold exclusively at Matsuo Taisha. The taste is refreshing with a hint of sweetness coming afterwards. It is very easy to drink.

I saw a cute bear ornament on a social networking site, and when I saw that it was a sake container, I immediately ordered it. Pon-epele" means "bear cub" in Ainu language. It is indeed a small and cozy bear that is very relaxing. The head doubles as a sake cup, and the container can be used over and over again. The best thing about this bear is that it can make hot sake. I haven't had many opportunities to drink hot sake, so I want to take this opportunity to try it. Because of its young age, it tastes very young and not very mellow. I wonder if it would go well with strong-flavored dishes. #Bear #Hokkaido is all about #salmon, isn't it? I was so impressed with the Takashimizu I received last time that I ordered it from Akita Sake Manufacturing and it arrived today. (Part 2) This one is also made with Rokugo-yeast and brewed in Yamahai style. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of food I can pair it with.

I was so impressed with the Takashimizu I received last time that I ordered it from Akita Sake Manufacturing and it arrived today. It is freshly pressed last November. It is said to be the basis of modern ginjo-style brewing, Rokugo-yeast and Akita-style cold brewing. The note says, "The aroma is gentle and has a strong presence. We are looking forward to drinking it.

We received a wonderful souvenir from Kochi. Kameizumi Koiku 63. The aroma is very fruity and nice. It is said to be dry, but it is quite mild and easy to drink. There was a bonito sake thief in the souvenir, It was going to be a very dangerous night. Tonight's dishes Mackerel sushi with a whole mackerel Sake-tamagaki of bonito Nozawa pickles

It is extremely cold today. We always have nigori sake Shirakawa-go in winter. The dish is deep-fried chicken with ponzu sauce and grated radish in honor of the extreme cold. Nigori sake goes well with a rich meal. The "instant protein" in the morsels of nigorizake has the wonderful effect of wrapping up the oily components of the meal and expelling them from the body. Rumor has it that curry and nigori sake go surprisingly well together.
