いわゆる京都っぽいといえば京都っぽい、ザ女酒って感じだけど
個人的には焼き物や生魚に合わせても最高のお酒
お家で飲む時には本当に勿体なすぎて何と飲むか悩みに悩むこと必須、、！個人が買えるような場所にはほとんど卸してなくて年百何十本しか生産していないとっても希少なお酒。出会ってからずーっと好き！！

The moment you drink it, your tongue feels tingling and numb from the gutsy, fruity sweetness and carbonation. After swallowing, the bitter aftertaste lingers in the mouth for a while. Personally, I think it has a very strong punch, and the atmosphere is similar to that of Kudokibe...? I bought a packet of it, but I haven't mastered it yet, so I'm enjoying it after drinking a few other brands to bug my taste buds.
Don't put it in your mouth all at once, just enjoy it on the tip of your tongue.

The aroma is present from the moment you approach the cup, and both aroma and taste spread in your mouth at once. The fruity taste is followed by a bitter taste, but the aftertaste is gentle. After swallowing, it seems to quietly fade away.

I was introduced to this one by an Ise liquor store.
It certainly has a nice aroma, but it is not overly sweet. It is not too sweet, but rather refreshing. The taste gets stronger towards the middle of the bottle, and the bitterness slowly appears and disappears after swallowing.
