Just when I was thinking it was almost time for the snowman this year, I missed the liquor store's information on the shipment and was a day late, but I managed to buy it. I usually don't buy a lot of origori or nigori, but I've been thinking about getting a bottle of this year's Yukidaruma since I drank it for the first time last year. The sourness that is typical of the Sentry, the bitterness in the back end, and the overall mellow impression of this sake are wonderfully delicious. The only drawback is that it's quite sticky when it's spilled a little. LOL! I'll buy another one next year.

Today is a bottle of Zakkou Horai from my hometown in Kanagawa. Everyone is drinking freshly squeezed sake, but I feel left out... It's got a nice taste and feel to it, and a faintly gorgeous aroma that's typical of hiyaoroshi. I didn't like hiyaoroshi, but it's nice to drink it once in a while!

Today is the first drink in ten days. It is the first time to drink Ishizuchi. It was recommended to me by a liquor store as a challenge tank. It's called Shizukuhime and I've never heard of it, but I wondered what it was like to drink it It gives the impression of a beautiful and tasty drink with a pleasant acidity and excellent crispness. On a side note, the label looks like Purgatory of the Demon's Blade. LOL!

I bought it right after it was released, but I've been living a life of abstaining from alcohol for a while now, so I finally got to try it today. The aroma of the fruit juice, which is typical of Eikoh Fuji, is fantastic, and the flavor and sweetness pops in your mouth. The aftertaste is rather refreshing and easy to drink. As the label says, it has a refreshing aroma like a pear, a refreshing flavor and sweetness that comes afterwards. The sparkling sensation of the Kaze no Mori's characteristic is also addictive and you can drink more and more. It's simple, but because it's Eiko Fuji, I thought it would be sweet and savory, but it has a rather refreshingly dry mouthfeel with a touch of acidity and bitterness. The rice is Miyamanishiki. The piquant gasiness was perfectly perceptible. It was refreshing to drink, and it was suitable for the season. It's a long story to write, but I heard that the black fox is a symbol of peace. It's my favourite packaged sake, this time Omachi. I was going to refrain from drinking sake for a while, but I thought I'd reward myself for making it to the Bon vacation. LOL! There is a freshness to the taste of Omachi, and the aroma on the nose is indescribable. It's a delicious sake that satisfies me every time. Somehow the packaged sake is generally gentle? Feeling impression. It's a Junmai Daiginjo from Omachi, so I guess it can't be helped, but it's over 2,000 yen for a quadruple bottle, so it may not be easy on your wallet.

It had a slight sweetness to it, but it had a clear and refreshing taste. Recently, I've been thinking about my health and cutting back on the consumption of sake. I guess I wouldn't normally be able to buy one, but I guess it's times like these that I could. I bought it about three months ago. It's been a long time since I've been able to get hold of a hard-to-buy drink and I didn't know when to drink it due to my poor nature. This was my first kishoushu. When I tried it, it was sweet, at any rate, sweet. And sour. It was very good. I didn't know there was such a thing as this kind of sake. I may have a preference, but the Shinsei is on a different level.

There is no nasty side to it at all in It has a low alcohol content, so I recommend it to beginners and women who are new to sake.

Last year, my brother gave me a bottle of Hachikaku, a sake from the same bottle. I couldn't find the right time to open it, so I finally opened it today, and it's a sake from Hachizuru, Aomori Prefecture. As the label says, it's light and dry and the rice is Yamadanishiki, so you can enjoy the fruity flavour. I've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, so I rediscovered how good this kind of sake is. Hatsuru is a delicious sake.

This is the Eiko Fuji series that I can't help but chase after. We couldn't buy the Survival series, but we can only drink Eikoh Fuji if we chase it that far, so it's a good thing! Let's do it. It was the first time I had ever tasted the eight antlers of sake rice. When I poured it into the glass, I could smell a honey-like aroma.
