Finally, it's Friday, let's open a nice bottle of alcohol! When I went to the liquor store, I couldn't find any sake that attracted me, so I bought this one. It's in a price range I wouldn't normally buy, just over 3,000 yen for a four-pack. The rice is polished to 35%, so it has a refined and clear mouthfeel. Afterwards, the complex umami and tangy acidity spread on the tongue. I'm sorry that I can't express myself fully, but It is a really delicious sake. It is good to have premium sake once in a while.

A good one that needs no explanation. The flavor and sharpness are too good to be true. I can't make it happen, but if I could, this is one I'd keep on hand. Strangely enough, when I see it at the liquor store, it's almost always the last bottle. I was lucky enough to get it again this time. I wonder if this kind of luck comes from being kind to my wife and being virtuous on a regular basis. lol

Today's sake is from Oita. I've been curious about it at the liquor store for a while, but haven't had a chance to buy it yet. It's crisp and clean, with a nice balance of umami and acidity. It was a delicious sake.

Let's try to drink western Japan's sake, which I don't drink very often. This is a famous triple star. The rice used is Watarifune 6, which is new to me. When I tried it, I found that it was not like a Junmai Daiginjo in a good sense, it was a little dry, but the sweetness that comes after was in perfect balance. Even when the temperature rises, the sweetness doesn't become unpleasant, and it's quite good. I think I like Wataribune No.6 a lot. By the way, the price is high because it costs 2,310 yen for a four-pack bottle.

This is my favorite sake from Minami-Aizu. This is my first time to try this Kunigon Tokujun Yume no Aka. It is smooth and refreshing to drink. You can taste the flavor of the rice. The label is not flashy, but it makes you feel like you are drinking good sake.

I've never had a bottle of the Collage's Sake Mirai, so I bought this one. The aroma is the usual Collage flavor. When I drank it, the aroma in my nose was ripe melon? Banana? It's not too sweet. It's not too sweet, and I never get tired of drinking it.

Today we have a sake from Kumamoto that we couldn't drink on our business trip. I bought this sake by feeling without looking at the label, so I noticed after I bought it that the sake rice is Yamadanishiki. The aroma of Yamada Nishiki is not my favorite, so I avoided it for a while. But when I drank it, it was not the sake I had imagined. Although it has a gorgeous aroma, it is not too strong, and the flavor of the rice It was a delicious sake with a slight sweetness. The first bottle of the summer holiday.

I've just finished a big job, so I opened a nice bottle. When I went to the liquor store and brought a bottle of tokusaku (special pure sake) to the cashier, he said, "Actually, we have this one too..." and pulled it out from the back. It tasted amazingly carbonated. The sweet and sour taste of the white koji spreads in your mouth and goes down your throat perfectly. Even on the second day, it is still very refreshing. It was a delicious sake perfect for summer.

I bought this bottle because I didn't want to miss it. I have a big job tomorrow, so I'm going to relax with sake tonight. (It's a bad habit of sake drinkers to try to make excuses to drink.) It's Sama-Samune's Aizan, so I know it's delicious. The gentle sweetness and umami are the best, and the slight bitterness you feel on your tongue in the aftertaste tightens up the whole. Tonight's partner is Sasama Samune. It's a version of Fuku no Koka that I haven't had yet. It has a smooth texture and a gentle sweetness that is comforting. It is a delicious sake. You can't go wrong with Sasama Samune! There was also the Aizan version, which was my first Sasamasamune, but I regret that I didn't buy it. I'm going to buy it tomorrow!

Today is my favorite sake Kunigon from Minami-Aizu. I drank it last year, too. It is the sake which is hard to drink against the flow of refreshing lightness of the so-called recent summer sake. When you put it in your mouth, it is so thick and has a strong flavor. It's delicious. We drank it chilled, but it also looks good on the rocks.

I found this bottle at a liquor store outside of my usual range of activity. The usual liquor store doesn't have Hououmita, and I bought it because they didn't have Hououmita and they had one of my favorite sake rice, Sakemira. It's a good sake with a calm and gentle taste. It has a fruity and crisp taste without being too sweet, and is a good sake that can be drunk with confidence.

I bought my first brand "Daihai". The liquor store in my neighborhood started to sell it recently. Is this brewery famous for macho? It has a mouthfeel that convinces me that this is what the label means by "refreshing umakuchi", and a fruity aroma comes through later. It also has a gassy taste. It's a good taste that I like a lot. I haven't had any of the Macho series yet, but I have high hopes for them.

It's been a while since I bought a bottle of Kankiku. I bought it without even looking at the label because I know it's good, but it's a luxurious Jun Dai unfiltered undiluted sake with a low alcohol content of 14%. The cork opened with a bang, but when I drank it, I didn't feel any gas, and it was quite sweet with a strong sense of juice. The aftertaste is slightly astringent. It's delicious, but if I'm going to drink it at this time of year, I'd prefer it to be crisp and dry... There is no doubt that it is delicious, so it is recommended for beginners of sake.

It's my first time to buy this brand, but the liquor store recommended it to me again. I'm a good customer because I buy easily when recommended 😅. I was a bit surprised when I tried it. It's dry, fragrant, and has a beautiful finish. This is definitely a food sake that complements the food. I drank it by itself, but it would be good with fish. It was a delicious sake.

The fifth summer sake is this one, "Kabutomushi". I wasn't going to drink it today, but I'm tired both physically and mentally, so let's relax with a good sake. The aroma is already acidic. When I drank it, it was still acidic. This acidity is unique to Senkou and makes me want to drink it on a regular basis. It's delicious. One more day, tomorrow only, let's do our best 😆.

The fourth summer sake is Nabeshima summer Moon. I wanted to save it until summer, but I couldn't resist and opened it. There was a caution sign on the bottle, so I opened it with caution, but it was strong, but not so strong that it jumped. It has a crisp sweetness and a light aftertaste that is not unpleasant. Delicious from start to finish. This is the best finish. I usually drink only junmai, but aluzoe is also delicious. I'd like to get another bottle, but I don't think I can afford it (´・_・`).

I've been curious about this one for a long time, but I couldn't buy it because I was worried about other brands. It has a fruity taste and a good acidity because it's a Dewa Tsannzu, and it's refreshing with a rich aftertaste. It is also delicious. The taste is generally calm because of the heat treatment. My preference would be for a sake with a little more drinkability. We also have a special summer sake in stock, but But every summer we find ourselves in a situation where we have no summer sake. I'll try to resist the temptation for a while longer😑.

The third summer sake of this season is Rokune. It's sweet, tasty, juicy, light and has a refreshing aftertaste. It may not have much of a summer sake feel, but it's definitely a delicious bottle. I'm going on a business trip to the south tomorrow, so today I'll be drinking sake from the north. If it weren't for the Corona, I'd enjoy the local cuisine and local sake, but... There's not much to look forward to in this day and age, but it's work, so let's do our best!
