Memorandum (or rather, diary) On a holiday in September, I was bothered by some work worries and decided to drive to Yamagata, a neighboring prefecture, to refresh myself 🚙💨. I had a purpose, (1) To see the Takagi Sake Brewery. (2) To visit a liquor store in Yamagata and get some sake (Sake) So, we started with ➀. Following the navigation system, we turned west from the national highway in Murayama City and headed deeper into the city, where we found a magnificent white-walled building towering over the peaceful countryside! Since we were there, we circled the perimeter of the building twice like a prowler and took a gander 👀! As expected of Jyushidai, it was a very beautiful brewery ✨. Next stop: (2) We went to several liquor stores in Murayama city, but Asahitaka was out of stock. There were many other famous sake available, though. From Murayama, we headed south to a sake shop in Tendo City. I visit Tendo from time to time, but this was my first visit to a liquor store in the city. I decided to buy a bottle of Eikofuji, because I was afraid I would end up buying five or six bottles if I didn't decide on one. Finally, I bought some souvenirs at the roadside station, including a bottle of "Shine Muscat," and headed home. I hope to visit Akita next time. Senryu is so sweet! It was sweet and delicious!

Purchased at a liquor store in a neighboring town. First time, Oze no Yukidoke. I don't usually choose Daiginjo. I don't have any particular reason, but if I had to say, I would say that I prefer a slightly off-flavored and less sweet sake rather than a clear and sweet daiginjo (my own image). Here's a picture of me after eating all the food... Today is a birthday present for my wife who loves hot springs! So we stayed overnight at a certain ryokan in Naruko Onsenkyo. And at dinner, I chose a collaboration of Naruko Onsen and I chose a collaboration sake of Naruko Onsen and Wataya. Wataya is a local Miyagi brand, so of course I knew about it. I have known it for a long time, but it was the first time for me to drink it since I became addicted to sake. This was the first time for me to drink it since I became addicted to Japanese sake. This is the second liquor store in the next town over that I have visited since getting into sake. Once again, I was impressed by the wide selection of sake. Today was my first Mutsu Hachisen. I couldn't wait to get home and open the bottle. Delicious! It has no peculiarities in a good sense, and has a strong flavor. I want to drink it slowly and savor it. Thanks for the drink.

Purchased this bottle together with Sentori Modern Solid. I felt something strange when I held it in my hand, so I compared it with other four-pack bottles after I got home. This is my first time to buy Sentori. I bought it at a liquor store in Sendai, which I had wanted to visit for a long time because of its wide selection. It's been a while since I've been up to date. I looked in my favorite local liquor store. I saw a bottle of sake at the Kurao Brewery corner. Is it a sake yeast yeast? The clerk said, "Kao Shuzo has just released a new sake called "Namo Hashiroshi. The clerk said, "Kurao Shuzo has released a new sake called "Namo Hashiroshi". Of course they did! I had never seen it before. So, of course I bought it. The rice used for the sake is Kura-no-Hana. The label is simple, but if you look closely, you can see the word "Zao" in gray on the back of the word "Namaho". I immediately took a sip. It has a well-balanced umami and sweetness with a moderate gasiness, and it feels somewhat light for its 16% alcohol content. It's so good! I have been into sake for two and a half years. I am deeply impressed by the local sake brewery, Kurao Shuzo. I feel it deeply today. Thank you for the treat! ★★★★ By the way, I didn't upload it, but the Junmai Ginjo made with Hidakami's Aizan was also delicious!
