Purchased at a liquor store in a neighboring town. First time, Oze no Yukidoke. I don't usually choose Daiginjo. I don't have any particular reason, but if I had to say, I would say that I prefer a slightly off-flavored and less sweet sake rather than a clear and sweet daiginjo (my own image). However, this time I chose this sake because it is a special sake for the end of the year. I chose this sake because it is a pioneer and a special one for the end of the year. I immediately had a glass of it with my evening drink. It is sweet! It is sweet and delicious. Sake is the best! Thank you very much for the sake.

Here's a picture of me after eating all the food... Today is a birthday present for my wife who loves hot springs! So we stayed overnight at a certain ryokan in Naruko Onsenkyo. This is the second liquor store in the next town over that I have visited since getting into sake. Once again, I was impressed by the wide selection of sake. Today was my first Mutsu Hachisen. I couldn't wait to get home and open the bottle. Delicious! It has no peculiarities in a good sense, and has a strong flavor. I want to drink it slowly and savor it. Thanks for the drink.

Purchased this bottle together with Sentori Modern Solid. I felt something strange when I held it in my hand, so I compared it with other four-pack bottles after I got home. This is my first time to buy Sentori. I bought it at a liquor store in Sendai, which I had wanted to visit for a long time because of its wide selection. It's been a while since I've been up to date. I looked in my favorite local liquor store. I saw a bottle of sake at the Kurao Brewery corner. Is it a sake yeast yeast? The clerk said, "Kao Shuzo has just released a new sake called "Namo Hashiroshi. The clerk said, "Kurao Shuzo has released a new sake called "Namo Hashiroshi". Of course they did! I had never seen it before. So, of course I bought it. The rice used for the sake is Kura-no-Hana. The label is simple, but if you look closely, you can see the word "Zao" in gray on the back of the word "Namaho". I immediately took a sip. It has a well-balanced umami and sweetness with a moderate gasiness, and it feels somewhat light for its 16% alcohol content. It's so good! I have been into sake for two and a half years. I am deeply impressed by the local sake brewery, Kurao Shuzo. I feel it deeply today. Thank you for the treat! ★★★★ By the way, I didn't upload it, but the Junmai Ginjo made with Hidakami's Aizan was also delicious!

If you are a local with Zao Sake Brewery and a sake lover, you must taste it! So here it is, a commemorative sake for the 150th anniversary of the Zao Sake Brewery. The label is gorgeous! The sake rice is Miyamanishiki, but the rice polishing ratio is 85%. It is rare, isn't it? The aroma is calm and pleasant. When drinking it, there is no peculiarity, and it has a rich rice flavor with a good balance. It is a treat!

It's been a while since I've uploaded this. It was so hot today. Maybe because I'm not used to the heat this year, I got so hot in the head after a little bit of bike practice with my son in the sun 💨. So, we drank a glass of K series "Summer Light" from Zao Shuzo for dinner. The bottle is a cool, almost transparent blue bottle. We opened the bottle immediately. The first sip is refreshing and then crisp! It was delicious and perfect for the hot season! Thank you for the sake!

It's been a while since I uploaded this. I lost my way with a zodiac bottle of Tasake at a local liquor store. As a result, I bought a bottle of Zao, a local sake. The accompaniment was salted squid with sake lees of Zao Daiginjo. Of course they go well together! I couldn't wait to drink it. It was fresh and had a good amount of gas! This is how I'm going to end the year. Happy New Year, everyone!

Pioneering! So, sake from Nara. I bought it at a local liquor store. The owner said, "It's the opposite of gorgeous and fruity. It always takes me a long time to make a choice, so today I made a quick decision! The bottle was opened immediately! The aroma is definitely less fruity. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Hmm?
