It's been a while since I uploaded this.
I lost my way with a zodiac bottle of Tasake at a local liquor store.
As a result, I bought a bottle of Zao, a local sake.
The accompaniment was salted squid with sake lees of Zao Daiginjo.
Of course they go well together!
I couldn't wait to drink it. It was fresh and had a good amount of gas!
This is how I'm going to end the year.
