When the bottle was opened, the sweet aroma of rice and a cool sensation was felt. There is no bitterness or eginess at all. Mellow. I don't feel the alcohol 15 degrees at all, wow! My father gave it to me when I went back home 👨.

After the Yuki Sake Brewery was burned down It was made at Raifuku Sake Brewery. We would like to compare it with Knot Yui, which is made by his wife in Hokkaido. It has a gorgeous aroma, but when you drink it, it is surprisingly light. The full flavor follows afterward.
