At first it tasted pretty solid in cold sake, then I enjoyed the taste of the temperature change process by dipping it in hot water. This is a drink that goes well with warming.
We had it slightly chilled, as recommended by the restaurant, and poured it into a glass shaped like a long, narrow wine glass. It was fragrant, had great flavor and was a good drink.
I enjoyed it warmed up. It was very good, and the mature taste I had when I had it cold was mellowed out. I enjoyed it at different temperatures, so I was able to enjoy the difference in flavor.
