Kamerei Mannen Junmai Ginjyo Gokyu Ginjyo Genjyo Gokyu Fukuro Hari Nama Orikigarami I was told by a liquor store that this was a very rare product of my favorite Kamerei, so I bought it. I love it so much that I recently made plans to visit the Kamerei Sake Brewery in Hiroshima soon. I love Kamerei so much that I have made plans to visit the Kamerei Sake Brewery in Hiroshima soon, but the liquor store in Osaka where I bought it told me that even if I went to the brewery, there was a high probability that they would not have it. It is not as spicy as the usual Kamerei Yaichi. But it is sweet, tasty, rich, and a little sour all at once. The liquor store says it takes a lot of time and effort to hang it in the bag, so the price is a little high, but we are satisfied.

Aizu Miyazumi Junmai-shu Purchased at the end of 2023. It was not what I expected. I thought it was going to be a good one, but then I started drinking it about 3 weeks after opening the bottle. The hardness was removed and the rice flavor and sweetness became stronger, and it became very tasty. I always have a lot of sake in the fridge. But it is interesting.

Okura Yamahai Special Junmai Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-shu Omachi R1BY It has a punch of sweetness and acidity at Sugimoto Shoten, I asked if they had any sake with a sweet and acidic punch suitable for warming up. I asked if they had any sweet and sour sake suitable for warming up. The moment I opened the bottle, I could already smell the sweet and sour aroma. It already had a punch. The color is also amber. Kamerei Dry Junmai Happichi Nama Shu The rice flavor, sharpness, clear appearance, and deep taste. It tastes good cold, but when heated up, the umami, sweetness, and punch of the sake increase. I'm not an alcoholic, but I don't feel comfortable when I don't have this in the house.
