Juicy♪ The other day, I got a bottle of Kouei Kiku and opened it😊. My first Koei Kiku! I️ look forward to it! The sweetness is followed by sourness. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not. They said it's already been laid down for 8 months. I didn't feel the acid burst🤯🤯🤯🤯 feeling I didn't really feel it, but It has a sweetness that seems to be condensed citrus, and Combined with a good acidity, it's a very good ministry. If you don't drink it carefully, you'll end up with a light empty 😱. I want to compare with the fresh one I want to compare it with the fresh one.

Fruity aroma like melon and banana 🍈🍌. Very good gas taste😊. The sweetness is moderate and the bitterness is good too️. The finish is not too long. It was my favorite flavor. For me, it was a little bit similar to Wind Forest TYPE1 🤔. I paired it with plain crackers in two patterns: cream cheese & prosciutto and raisins & honey. Nice feeling.... I've heard that if you let it sit for a while, you can enjoy a different flavor, so I held back without drinking it all (>_<)

It is made with yeast #6, Miyamanishiki, and 55% polishing ratio. I thought it was a bit like Shinsei's Lapis, but I guess each brewery has a different taste 🤔. Sake has a lot of depth...

The first new politics in my life came from this lapidary. I poured it into a wine glass and put my face close to it. The aroma of fruit, like lychee... Juicy (๑˃˂˂) Sourness from sweetness. I don't get tired of drinking it, and I can enjoy it before or during a meal. It's an all-mighty feeling.... Delicacies, cream cheese. Tataki of bonito, Chikuzen-ni. All of them were delicious.                  "Pop! When I️ broke the seal, the stopper jumped up vigorously. I was so surprised 😅 I'll be careful... I'll be sure to check it out. I'm not sure what to make of it. When I poured it straight into my mouth, I also felt the flavor of rice. The aftertaste disappeared quickly. For me, I prefer to drink it in the first half of the meal rather than during. It was delicious with cream cheese. I'm not sure if it's good with salted fish🤔. It's delicious. I'll try a classic next time.
