Hidakami's light nigori is It was my first time drinking it. It had a slight gassy taste when it was first opened. It's like Calpis for adults. As the flavor builds up, it becomes moderately sweet. It has a nice crispness that is typical of Hidakami. You can drink it by itself😊.

More fruity and sweet than the Tokachi's Special Junmai I drank the other day. Fruity and sweet taste of rice😙. It also has a good sharpness, so it can be used as a sake during meals👍. In my opinion, I like Tokachi better, but I like the taste of both. I'd like to try the other types too💕.

This is also good😘 Out of all the collages I've had. I think I felt the sweetness of the rice most strongly🤔. The aftertaste is the same as usual. The aftertaste is the same as always, and it goes away quickly.

The usual fresh & juicy feeling ♪ Can you feel the lactic sweet & sour and minerals too🤔? The lees make it a little thicker than it should be. from the moment you drink it to the mid-palate. It's got a solid strength of flavor, but But the gas and acidity make it refreshing. But the gas and acidity make it refreshing and easy to drink💦. Also, this is the same with the other Kouryugiku. And this is the same with other Kouyoukiku, but the flavor finally starts to kick in on the third day after opening the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. 😅

It's not your usual Junmai type. I have the impression that the aroma stands out a little🤔. I️ think the sharpness is the quintessential Hidakami ministry. It is a little spicy. And the pairing with seafood is stable🙆️. Especially, the pairing with squid sashimi is very good.
