When I first opened the chiller.
It's a little stiff.
But as the temperature rises and you get used to it.
It has a juicy sweetness....
It has a gassy taste that I like😊.
It is made with yeast #6, Miyamanishiki, and 55% polishing ratio.
I thought it was a bit like Shinsei's Lapis, but
I guess each brewery has a different taste 🤔.
Sake has a lot of depth...
