Aroma Like cinnamon, with a slight medicinal smell.
Taste like cinnamon rolls. Taste like cinnamon rolls, maybe because of the use of glutinous rice? Sweet like Junmai Mirin.
Overall comment: Too sweet to drink straight. If you mix it with ice and soda, the sweetness can be reduced, but the medicinal smell becomes more noticeable. It might have been different if there was mint as in the recipe for mojito.
The safest way was to drink it with sake.

Nose: The aroma from the glass is mellow and fresh. When you put it in your mouth, you can strongly feel the matured aroma.
Taste: It has a strong sweetness. The gas is weak and not spicy enough to be noticeable, but it quickly dissipates.
Overall impression: 8 months old for a draft sake...is that why it has a strange matured aroma? I would like to try a new one.

Color Colorless and transparent.
Aroma: Aroma of rice that is typical of junmai, with a hint of sweetness.
Taste: A powerful flavor that is typical of unfiltered raw sake. It tastes a little raw, but it seems to be hi-ire.
After a while in the glass, when it becomes slightly lukewarm, the mouthfeel is watery and the bitterness in the aftertaste is strong. The acidity is also slightly stronger. I prefer to finish it cold.
