Kimoto~! The price is reasonable, and I got this one.
It goes well with summer! I finished it quickly. I drank another bottle of Hiraizumi's Yamahai Natsujun, which was a bit bitter, so it was still easy to drink!
I want to keep looking at it, and the bottle is paper-stable even when taken out of the refrigerator.
I believe the story is that the Toyokura Town Farmers Association, or community farmers, took on the task of making the village collectively. 100% of it's Watafune No. 2 is used.
This is a case where the sake rice was produced according to the brewery's wishes in order to maintain the rice paddies.
I thought it was not a sake for summer (more like autumn).
After all, if you buy it, you should drink it in the month after the month in which it was squeezed and the month after that.
It is better to drink it in the following month or the following month after the month in which it was made (or to drink it for a whole year). I learned something.
Dr. Makino's featured sake that was a gift.
It certainly had a veggie feel, light and easy to drink. I wonder if there are more and more veggie-feeling sake on the market.
It had a green washi label, so it might have been different from the Shizuku Ehime series with metallic stickers on it.
But it was light, sweet and easy to drink..!
The input has been improved by ATOKAndroid! Thank goodness we can type Japanese...!
It was supposed to be refrigerated, but it has been kept at room temperature for two summers. Ehime Dokutoku's languidness seems to have matured and become an easy-drinking strain (if it has matured at all).
According to the sake brewer, the regular nigori sake turned out well, so he decided to make the super one as well.
It took 3 days to open the bottle...!
I was able to drink it again! The clear part has a gentle sweetness and the cloudy part is energetic. According to the brewer, it is also delicious when heated.
Sake from the Ai Utaobi no Bounenkai. It is a veggie feeling as the day goes by when I think that it is like Jyushiyo at first. I think I'd like to have a glass of Okan after the sun goes down.
