I was able to open the bottle just barely once! The mouthfeel is the finest fizz ever! If you're not used to drinking carbonated beverages, it will make you gag. The taste is quite thin. The flavor may develop after opening the bottle, but it's not bad. Easy to drink and gone in 2 days! I like it ⒊0/5

This is the first time for me to try Aizan on a musical instrument. Slightly sweeter than the Omachi we had earlier. The mouthfeel is tangy and the aroma sweetness spreads on the palate. Very delicious! My favorite *5/5

This is my first time to try Kouei Kiku fire-brewed! Low alcohol content and very easy to drink 😆. The taste is crisp, but with a citrusy sweet and sour taste that is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum, which does not disappoint! Delicious! I would like to have it again next year.

This is the first Yamada-Nishiki in the instrumental category! The sake is beautiful and clean, with no cloying taste, just a medium-quality sake. Not an outstanding taste. It is a highly balanced sake that naturally makes the sake cup go down smoothly. Delicious! My favorite *4/5

I felt it was too expensive I was reluctant to pick it up because I felt it was too expensive. First purchase of 300ml It's my favorite nigori. The bottle was opened just before it was about to blow out in the mouth. The mouthfeel is full of rice flavor and bubbles. The bitterness of the oli and the umami sweetness of the top clearings are mixed together. It goes down the throat cleanly and crisply. It's so delicious! The yeast is still alive and well even at BY2025! Great attention to detail! My favorite *5/5

I can't buy it in my neighborhood. I bought it in Osaka when I was on vacation. It's a gobbleable schwash 🫧. I'm pretty sure it's exactly what it says on the back 😑. The flavor is too light. I like it 3/5

I had a hard time opening the bottle. Very active and fizzy 🍾. The top aroma is definitely a cider 🍎. The taste is not too sweet, but not too rummy. The astringent taste of the oli matches the taste of the cider, and it can be served with food. I like it ⒋/5
