This is my first time to try Kouei Kiku fire-brewed!
Low alcohol content and very easy to drink 😆.
The taste is crisp, but with a citrusy sweet and sour taste that is typical of Kouei Chrysanthemum, which does not disappoint!

The sake is beautiful and clean, with no cloying taste, just a medium-quality sake.

I felt it was too expensive
I was reluctant to pick it up because I felt it was too expensive.

The bottle was opened just before it was about to blow out in the mouth.
The mouthfeel is full of rice flavor and bubbles.
The bitterness of the oli and the umami sweetness of the top clearings are mixed together.
It goes down the throat cleanly and crisply.
