Kaiharu" is the representative brand of Wakabayashi Shuzo, a brewery located in Ontsu-cho, Ota City, Shimane Prefecture. The name "Kaiharu" comes from a passage read by the Chinese poet Tou Enmei, who loved sake. This sake is characterized by its strong, robust flavor with a clean, easy-to-drink aftertaste. The brewery uses Kaminomai, Yamada-Nishiki, and other rice varieties suitable for sake brewing, as well as Onsunzu's Iwashimizu water, and has a history of over 150 years since its establishment in 1869. In recent years, the brewery has been aiming to adapt its sake brewing to the times by hiring young toji (master brewers) and expanding its lineup to include products for young people and overseas customers. Kaiharu Special Junmai" is a junmai sake made from "Sakonishiki," a local sake rice from Shimane Prefecture. Compatibility with ribs radish backnumber (Memo) The first super-limited sake brewed by Fuji Shuzo in spring, which is only shipped once a year. This is the standard taste of "Eiko Fuji"! The name is derived from the image of a gust of wind blowing in spring. Like a drop of violet that spills from the petals of a small, dark purple violet flower that blooms in spring, this sake is as fresh as a fine but majestic gust of wind. The aroma is reminiscent of strawberries and violets, with a rich sweet aroma like mango and ripe bananas. It has a light and sweet mouthfeel, and the weight of the sake is medium. It also has a honey-like sweetness, so it is recommended to drink it like an after-dinner dessert. The alcohol also feels slightly strong. It is an easy-to-drink Junmai Daiginjo with a good balance of fruity ginjo aroma and slightly sweet taste! Please enjoy it well chilled in a wine glass.

★★★★★★☆☆☆ 6/8 The package is so cute! The aroma is understated, the taste is high in acidity and crisp, and it is perfect for summer. The taste is perfect for summer, with a subdued aroma, high acidity, and a crisp flavor. The light bitterness in the aftertaste goes well with summer vegetables and enhances the flavor of the ingredients.
