Rice polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content: 15 55% Omachi from Okayama Prefecture A gift from a junior brewer The aroma is gorgeous and the taste of rice is sweet in the mouth. After that, the taste is immediately followed by a thumping sensation! We enjoyed it very much!

Kawachu Sake Brewery Co. Alcohol content 16%. Dry, refreshing, firm rice flavor At a long-established sardine restaurant in my work area. I was told that this is a sake that is not available outside the restaurant. Sashimi, Tataki, Fried fish, Tsumire soup. We enjoyed the dish from head to tail. It was delicious and matched the dish!
